Coordinator of the project, Iskur is  and organization that is connected to Ministry of Labour and social security. It is the governmental public body in finding jobs for unemployed people. The first labour legislation was in 1936 in Turkey and this law avoided labour agencies and orders to establish a public labour agency. Iskur was established in 1946. Iskur is the member of ILO

Objectives of Iskur are:

• Finding jobs for people and finding suitable workers for job positions
• Implementing active and inactive labour policies
• Contributing the employment policy of government
• Organizing vocational educational courses
